This is a common occurrence with some cartridges, pods and disposables. If the cartridge has been in a cold environment, bring it to room temperature (the warmer, the better). Then follow these steps:

1. Remove the cartridge from your mode.

2. Place your mouth over the mouthpiece and blow into the cartridge.

3. Wipe off any oil that exits the bottom hole near the threads.

4. If this does not work, take a needle or clothespin and gently insert it into the hole at the bottom of the cartridge to clear the clog.
